The first day we had the low ropes and high ropes. The high ropes were a challenge for me because I'm afraid of heights, but the councilors didn't drop me which was good. The second day started off cold with the some canoeing. I had only canoed one other time but my team didn't flip which was the important part. Soon the small loop became a race to see who could get to shore first, and it was my group that had won. Later the day consisted of games, and the shield activity where we had to write in a picture of a shield our favorite place to visit, something were good at, something we need to improve on, someone we look up to, two other things i forgot about, and three words to describe ourselves. I chose different, honest, and funny. The third and final day started with the goals activity, but the highlight was the waterfront in which we had to complete an obstacle course as a team with different roles. The first run i had to carry a bucket of water across a water mat, and for some reason i decided to use my sweet thighs to pick it up and that didn't end very well. The second time i had to fill a bucket of water only using towels, and that went somewhat better.
At the end of the trip the only thing I could remember vividly were the cold and noisy nights where I couldn't get any sleep.
