Being a team leader isn't just a title you carry into battle, but a badge you wear constantly. If you are not always performing at your absolute best, then what reason do you give others to follow you? ~Professor Ozpin
Leadership is something that some people are very good at and others aren't. I'm one of those people who aren't so good at leading. If you give me a group of people and have me lead them somewhere I will probably lose somebody along the way. Something that might go against that is that I'm good at planning things out for people. I can come up with a ridiculous plan to do something and most of the time it will work. The main difference between these is that one requires being a part of the group and the other is being apart from the group. I believe in team work and always feel like I should be doing something with a group, but when I become the head of the group I can't quite process ideas the same ways. Instead of accounting for myself and only myself when taking action I must also take into account the rest of the group. This often ends up with all my ideas going out the windows in many situations.
